How do I get started using Quendoo's products?

Contact us by email or using the form on our website and tell us which products you are interested in with some details about the property type(s), number of rooms etc. We'll get back to you with a tailor-made offer to suit your needs. Once you have signed a contract we will commence the onboarding process together!

How long does onboarding take?

The onboarding process usually takes up to 7 working days. If we have all information available including property details and nightly prices etc, we will setup your account in less than 48 hours. However, if we need to carry out a specific integratation with your PMS or payment system, it could delay the process as we will be reliant on cooperation from a third party.

What does Quendoo Hospitality Suite include?

Quendoo's Hospitality Suite is the product name applied to all the tools and functionalities available to all Quendoo clients via our dashboard. These are being added to every month and it grows constantly. This currently includes management of bookings, rates, availability and restrictions as well as guest communication via our automatic mailer, plus of course access to Hotel App Store where individually priced apps such as a Booking Engine or AI chatbot can be added to your system.

Is there a limit on the number of the properties I can manage through Quendoo?

There is no limit on the number of properties, nor on the different types of properties in one account. You can upload as many properties as you wish!

Can I have different kinds of properties in one account? (Hotels, Villas, Vacation Rentals)

Yes, you can manage all different kinds of properties from one account! From big hotel chains to single vacation rental apartments, all from one place!

Is it possible to use Quendoo on my mobile device?

Our system is resizing according to your screen size, so it is really easy to use on any mobile device.

What are the payment options? Monthly or annualy? How do I pay fees?

You can pay your fees by credit/debit card or bank transfer. Commissions due from our Booking Engine are calculated and billed monthly. Other products, such as a Channel Manager, are based on an annual fixed fee. That said, depending on your size and structure we can arrange a tailor-made payment plan for each of our clients.

Are there available statistics about revenue from bookings, bookings created, bookings cancelled etc. for a certain period of time?

Yes, at your disposal are numerous charts and statistics about general booking information. Within a date range you select, these include; bookings created, revenue from bookings, bookings cancelled, Booking Engine views and conversions by booking creation date, as well as basic parameters by check-in date such as ADR, Avr price PPPD, RevPAR, booked days, rooms, number of guests and many more.

What type of properties are Quendoo's products most suitable for?

Quendoo is suitable for all kinds of properties; from single vacation rental apartments, villas and campsites, individual serviced apartments and entire apart-hotels, small and large privately owned hotels to hotel groups and entire resorts. There is no kind of property unsuitable for Quendoo’s products!

Is there a set-up-fee?

We pride ourselves on our transparent pricing, ensuring that there are no setup fees or hidden charges of any kind. From the moment you choose to partner with us, you can rest assured that the cost structure is straightforward and honest, free from any unexpected expenses or concealed costs.

Is there a 24/7 support option?

Our support team is available Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM. Outside of these working hours, the team usually gets back to clients within a couple of hours. If you need help, please contact us at office@quendoo.com or through our website!

Can I export details and information about upcoming reservations to Excel?

Yes, you can do that by going to the 'Reservation' menu, filtering your reservations if needed, and then pressing the 'Export' button on the right-hand side of the screen. After that, an .xml file will be created automatically with all the reservations corresponding to the filters you set up. The sheet generated contains all the information about each reservation, from check-in dates to payments received, and more.

Can I create shared access accounts for my team, colleagues, clients or business partners?

Yes, you can create shared access accounts for anyone you decide. They will have the ability to perform any tasks on the account, except for modifying payment methods and automatic emails. This ensures that while your team can manage and utilise the account fully for their work, sensitive financial details and email configurations remain secure and unaltered.

Can I export a guest mailing list?

Yes. You can create an export file containing all the reservations made through the system or those corresponding to the filters you selected. This export file includes a column with all the clients' email addresses. Simply copy them from there and create your own mailing list! For information on how to create and export file press here.

How will I receive my invoice?

You will receive all invoices automatically via the email address you use to log into the system. You can also view each proforma/invoice at any time by clicking the three dots in the top right corner of your screen and then going to the 'Services and Payments' menu. If you wish for the invoices to be sent directly to your accountant’s email address, again after pressing the three dots go over to "My profile" and there you can enter your preferred invoice email! How can I view my account balance?

Log into Quendoo’s dashboard and go to the three dots in the top right corner of the screen. There, select the 'Services and Payments' menu to check your account balance as well as all of your proformas and invoices!

What if I want to cancel my services?

If you wish to discontinue the use of our products, you may do so by giving one month's written notice to us at office@quendoo.com, invoking Article 6.1 of our partnership contract.

Can I pay for the services with a credit/debit card? If so, how do I do it?

Yes, you can pay with a credit/debit card. To do so, log into Quendoo’s dashboard and go to the three dots in the top right corner of the screen. There, select the 'Payment Methods' menu and add the desired credit/debit card by filling out the information or using GPay. After adding the payment method, go back to the three dots and select 'Services and Payments,' where you can check your account balance, view all of your proformas and invoices, and make payments with your card!

I use a PMS, do I need to keep track availability in both systems and how do I transcribe all the reservations from Quendoo into my PMS?

Currently, Quendoo’s system has been integrated with numerous PMS systems used across Europe, such as Opera by Oracle, Clock+ PMS, Creato Solutions, Microinvest Hotel Pro, and many more. If you use one of these systems, there will be no need to keep track of availability in both systems, as Quendoo receives availability directly from the PMS. The same applies to reservations: as soon as they appear in Quendoo, they are instantly sent to your PMS. If I get stuck, is there a tehnical support I can reach easily?

Don't worry, we're here to help and will never leave you on your own. Each of our clients undergoes a video call with the sole purpose of training and learning how to use the system and all its functionalities with their assigned account manager. Booking Engine

Can I set up automatic messaging to my guests?

Yes! Quendoo provides an automated emailing system where you can set up automatic responses for guests to receive in relation to booking events such as new bookings, deposit payments, missed payment deadlines, etc.

Can I modify reservations or refund payments on reservations made through the system?

Definitely, up until the day of check-in, you can change the dates, client details, price, upgrade rooms, cancel one or multiple rooms from a group reservation, cancel the reservation entirely or partially and fully refund any payments made.

What is the commission for using Quendoo's Booking Engine?

The commission is charged based on bookings made over a 30-day period and is applicable solely on reservations made through our booking module. Reservations canceled before the arrival date are not subject to commission. The commission percentage depends entirely on the size of your property; for large hotels and hotel groups, the rates are different and negotiable. On average, our commission rate does not exceed 2% (excluding VAT) of each booking made through the Quendoo booking module. Is there a limit on the number of rate plans that I can have?

There is no limit on the number of rate plans you can create. You can use as many different rate plans as you wish!

How many different child categories can I set up?

You can set up to three different child categories, where you can specify the age groups for each.

Can I have flexible payment and cancellation policies?

Yes, you can create as many different payment and cancellation policies as you wish. Additionally, you can have as many different payment and cancellation policies for each of your rate plans, based on different booking windows, check-in/check-out periods, or minimum/maximum days before check-in.

Can I set my pricing based on occupancy or only per room?

Quendoo’s pricing system is the most flexible available and allows you to set up your pricing based on occupancy and per room. With a full array of adjustments available, you can structure different prices for all child categories and each accommodation according to regular or extra beds. Additionally, you could have custom prices for every possible accommodation for undefined number of periods.

How do I install the Booking Widget on my website?

Within your Quendoo account, you will find a section that provides a short strip of HTML code, which you will need to copy and add in the backend of your existing website, just like changing an image or text. This will then appear on your website as the Booking Engine calendar search widget or 'Book Now' button, as you decide.

Can I use Quendoo's Booking Engine without having a website from Quendoo?

You do not have to use Quendoo’s Website Generator in order to use Quendoo's Booking Engine. The Booking Engine can be simply installed on any website, as a calendar search widget or a 'Book Now' button. Within your Quendoo account, you will find a tool to generate a short strip of html code, which can be copied and installed in the back end of your existing website. It is very simple and easy to complete.

Can I take payments online with Quendoo's Booking Engine?

Absolutely! We offer payment methods such as Stripe, MyPOS, Borica, KBC Online, DSK Online, Fibank Online, and many more to come!


Channel manager

Which channels is Quendoo's Channel Manager integrated with?

Quendoo’s Channel Manager is currently integrated with most of the major worldwide OTAs, such as Booking.com, Expedia.com, Airbnb, Agoda, Hotelbeds, Hostelworld, VRBO, and many more! For the most up-to-date list of available integrations, send us an email and we will be more than happy to provide all the information needed regarding our Channel Manager’s capabilities.

Is it possible to set different prices on different channels such as Booking.com or Airbnb?

Absolutely. Quendoo facilitates the distribution of different rates to different channels, so if your strategy is to use some channels only if the price is higher, you can set this up via Quendoo to ensure your desired minimum income per night, after OTA commissions, is always achieved.

Is it possible to have different availability for each rate plan and for each distribution channel?

Quendoo allows you to limit the number of bookings per rate, which allows you to set different availabilities per rate. For example, if you create a promotional rate you can set a limit of maximum bookings per day for a certain rate and when the limit is reached your guest will not be allowed to make a reservation at the promotional rate.

Do I need to use the Channel Manager if I want to take advantage of the integration with Google Hotels?

No, using our Channel Manager is not mandatory, however, in order to access our Google Hotels integration you must be using a Quendoo Booking Engine.
